Payment
We accept cash, cheque and all debit & credit cards. Fees are payable on the day and receipts are issued to claim back from eligible insurance policies. If claiming insurance, please inform us of your provider details and pre-authorisation code so we can prepare your insurance claim as soon as possible for you. We are registered with all insurance companies including AXA/PPP & BUPA. All policies are different; please check with your provider for coverage parameters.
Fees
Consultation £95
Full physiotherapy exam including detailed health and medical history, orthopaedic and neurological tests and referral for X-Ray/MRI/specialist where indicated.
Treatment £75
Includes Physiotherapy, Massage, Pilates, Acupuncture and all other treatment techniques.
At Mike Squirrell Physiotherapy, all our clients receive fully integrated treatments that are inclusive of all therapies. All therapies are also covered by health insurance.
