We are pleased to announce our partnership with the Human Performance Lab at KUER Clinic. Through our partnership, we are now offering the services at our Wimpole Street Clinic:

VO2 Max and Aerobic Fitness Testing

Testing and Individualized Programs for:

  • Body Composition – Accurate and precise measurement of body fat, lean muscle mass and hydration status using medically graded BIA technology. For a more in depth and detailed analysis, we can arrange DEXA scans which provide a highly precise measure of bone mineral density.
  • V02max and Aerobic Fitness: The gold standard measurement of cardiorespiratory health and fitness. This test will also provide key thresholds and specific HR Training Zones. Ideally suited for health conscious people along with endurance athletes such as triathletes, marathon runners or multi-sport athletes. 
  • Metabolic Efficiency – Understand how your metabolism functions during exercise. We will be able to precisely measure how efficient your body is at burning carbohydrates and fat which can significantly impact a persons health and exercise performance.
    • Blood Chemistry Analysis – We are able to analyse over 50 markers including key vitamins, minerals and hormones that are essential to both health and performance. 
    • Nutrition Coaching: 12 week personalised nutrition coaching that uses the latest in exercise and health nutrition science to create a program to suit any goal of lifestyle.
  • Personalized Nutrition- We utilise the latest human performance science and your measurement to create plans for your individual or goal.

The approach used by The HPL combines over 12 years of practical experience in elite sport with academic expertise in the fields of Nutrition, Exercise Physiology and Sport Science. From measuring cardiorespiratory fitness to full blood work analysis, all guesswork is removed.
