Full 30-40 minute Physiotherapy & Medical examination including full medical history, Orthopaedic and Neurological examination and treatment. Referral for X-Ray/MRI/Ultrasound where indicated will also be a priority if required after this first session and diagnosis. We are experts in Back Pain, Spinal Injury, Sciatica, Joint Pain, Referred Pain, Arthritis, Posture and Sports Injury diagnostics.
*Initial appointments will include full assessment AND treatment unless your diagnosis requires further investigation ie scanning X-rays MRI’s bloodwork etc. Initial sessions are full 30-40 minute Physiotherapy & Medical examinations including comprehensive medical history, Orthopedic and Neurological examination as well as treatment. We are experts in Back Pain, Spinal Injury, Sciatica, Joint Pain, Referred Pain, Arthritis, Posture and Sports Injury diagnostics.
**Packages of 5 & 10 Treatments can be pre-purchased at a 12% discount.

Payment Policy
At Harley Street Joint Care we accept cash, cheque and all major debit & credit cards. Fees are payable on the day and receipts are issued to claim back from eligible insurance policies. Cigna, Cigna International, Aetna, Aviva, Bupa, Bupa International & CIGNA need not pay at time of treatment as their treatment will be prepaid for with us with the appropriate Authorisation Code for Physiotherapy treatment.
Insurance Policy
If claiming insurance, please inform us of your provider details, membership number and authorisation code so we can prepare your insurance claim for you. We are registered with all UK & International health insurance companies including Cigna, BUPA and patients with these policies are usually fully covered for treatment at KUER. All policies are different – please check with your provider for coverage parameters and insurance excess to be paid to us in advance.
