* If you are a BUPA, BUPA INTERNATIONAL, CIGNA or INTERNATIONAL patient who has a pre-authorization code for your treatments, you can now visit us FREE.
You can obtain your pre-authorization code by simple phoning your provider with our Practice or Provider numbers above and your Membership Number. Ask for Physiotherapy services at Harley Street Joint Care at 17 Hanover Square London W1S1BN.

Insurance Excess

** You may however be liable for any excess payments on your insurance policy so please do check carefully when obtaining your treatment pre-authorization code. Any excess will need to be paid to Harley Street Joint Care at the time of your first visit.

Payment

We accept cash, cheque and all debit & credit cards. Fees are payable on the day and receipts are issued to claim back from eligible insurance policies. The only exception is BUPA, BUPA INTERNATIONAL, CIGNA & CIGNA INTERNATIONAL clients who have been issued with pre-authorization numbers for treatment with us.  If claiming insurance, please inform us of your provider details and pre-authorization code so we can prepare your insurance claim as soon as possible for you.
